If you haven’t been to Jolt n’ Bolt in a while you need to check it out again. A new owner (owners?) has taken over and given the place a new lease on life. The coffee is much improved and the stale pastries have been replaced with fresher ones (though still not made in house to my knowledge).
On a recent visit they offered to heat up my croissant! Not the best idea, BTW, but still a pretty nice step up in service from the past. Don’t expect a red carpet and fresh flowers or anything but if you’ve ever been there before and hated it you should give it another shot.
The place is better known for its free WiFi and great location, not for its drinks or food. I tried their hot chocolate, which was disgusting and their chai, which was syrupy sweet.
