I've rated this establishment with 5 stars based on the quality of the services. Primarily the Manicure and Pedicure offered which is the best I've ever experienced. Recently they've added a massage room operated by the son or the owner, Reggie, and the daughter offers facials and eyelash extensions. This business is well worth the trip upstairs! The new sign out front reads, Joy's Spa, right above the Asylum on 18th St. NW, near the corner of 18th and Columbia Rd. NW. The owner, Joy was delightfull and the overall experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hot rock leg treatment was spectacular, and included in the signature pedicure!
Well, my search is over, I happened into this neat little shop nestled above the Asylum Bar in the middle of Adams Morgan this past Thursday. What a find!!! The owner Joy was able to squeeze me in between appointments and as I sat back in the chair little did I know this would be the BEST PEDICURE I've ever had. I think the leg massage and hot stone treatment was the clencher, but the entire experience was very relasxing and rejuvinating! Tops, Joys Spa is now on my A-list of great places in DC.
